In practical applications, rigid couplings are commonly used instead of elastic column pin couplings to connect the mixing shaft and the output shaft of the reducer, eliminating the support points such as bottom bearings or intermediate bearings. This simplifies the stress conditions of a single support bracket, but is only suitable for situations where the stirring is not strong, the power is small, and the bearing load is small. Principles for selecting racks
1. The selection of the frame is generally based on the size of the output shaft diameter of the reducer to determine the frame model. As long as the interface form and installation size match, the output shaft size of the reducer can fluctuate up and down within a certain range of the frame model.
2. No pivot rack. The rack itself has no shaft support points, and the mixing shaft is supported by the two support shafts of the reducer output shaft as force points. It can be used to transmit small power, without or only subjected to small axial loads, and for mixing devices with less intense mixing.
3. A single pivot frame is the best choice if it meets one of the following conditions.
(1) The mixing container is equipped with a bottom bearing as a load-bearing point;
(2) The shaft seal body is equipped with bearings (including rigid liners) as a load-bearing point (the degree of force is specified according to the requirements of the shaft seal);
(3) Inside the mixing container, there is a guide bearing located in the middle of the shaft, which serves as a load-bearing point (i.e., the middle bearing).
